RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION DUE TO COVID-19 MEASURES
Due to Covid-19 measures we have a limit of 100 companies per event. The limit for foreign delegations is 15 companies each.
In accordance with the current government decree, event participants can
participate at the event upon submitting one of the following proofs:
1. a certificate of a negative SARS-CoV-2 virus test result by a PCR (not older than 72 hours) or RAT test (not older than 48 hours); or
2. a proof of vaccination against COVID-19, or
3. a proof of a positive PCR test result that is older than 10 days but not older than six months, or
4. a doctor’s certificate stating that they recovered from COVID-19.

TESTING
We are offering excellently accepted free rapid Antigen testing within the event in a business tent in front of the main entrance of the Celje fairgrounds (Dečkova cesta 1, 300 Celje, Slovenia). This way the event participants will be able get tested quickly, safely and comfortably.
We invite all
participants who will require a rapid Antigen testing to arrive either 20
minutes before the start of the programm or their first B2B meeting.
PROTOCOLS FOR EVENT
Congress centre is located on the 1st floor, offering air-conditioning and natural day-light with large windows which can be opened for fresh air.
Outlined below is event safety protocol:

Stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizers in event spaces.

Ensuring physical distancing, 1,5 m minimum, in event and networking facilities.

Implement frequent air circulation processes to increase air quality.

Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of all meeting and event spaces, paying special attention to high-touch items.

Complying with the strict safety procedures while serving all food and beverages.

Our team wearing recommended personal protection equipment (PPE).
Safety and health of the participants are our priority, so in cooperation with the Slovenian Convention Bureau the venue - Fair Celje received the certificate "Safe and Healthy Meetings & Events". With this, as a venue for events, they meet all the conditions and additional measures presented by the National institute of Public Health (NIJZ).
